Date or Dine provides entertainment, discovery, and planning suggestions. Results are not professional, medical, legal, financial, dietary, safety, or travel advice.

Your responsibility

Check prices, hours, accessibility, weather, food ingredients, allergies, transportation, age restrictions, reservation requirements, and local safety conditions before following a suggestion or visiting a venue.

Third-party event and place results

Local event and place results may come from third-party providers. Listings can be incomplete, sold out, canceled, rescheduled, unavailable, or inaccurate. Confirm the final date, time, venue, price, availability, age requirements, accessibility, and ticket or reservation terms on the provider or business page before leaving.

Business and event submissions

Businesses and event organizers may submit local listings for review. The person submitting a listing must be authorized to provide the information and must keep the details accurate. Submission does not guarantee publication, ranking, approval, featured placement, or any amount of traffic.

Date or Dine may approve, reject, edit for formatting, expire, or remove a listing when necessary to keep the service accurate, useful, lawful, and safe. A pending submission is private and is not automatically published.

Featured and sponsored placements

Some businesses may request featured or homepage placement. If a placement is sponsored or otherwise promotional, Date or Dine will identify it so users can distinguish paid or promoted content from ordinary discovery results. A sponsored placement is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality.

Links and transactions

Date or Dine may link to ticket providers, restaurants, booking pages, maps, or business websites. Purchases, reservations, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled by the applicable third party unless Date or Dine explicitly states otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false listings, impersonate another business, publish misleading offers, abuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape private areas, or use automated tools in a way that harms performance or other users.
